Account Eligibility

01 Acceptance of Terms

02 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the tkgm platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
  • You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.

Age Verification: tkgm takes underage gambling extremely seriously. If we have reason to believe that a registered user is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. Any winnings accumulated during this period will be forfeited.

03 Account Rules

Each person is permitted to hold only one tkgm account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

  • You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your tkgm account.
  • You must keep your login credentials confidential and must not share them with any other person.
  • You must notify tkgm support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
  • Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.
  • tkgm accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee as notified at the time.
  • You must keep your contact information, including your phone number and email address, current and accurate at all times.

tkgm reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any point during the account lifecycle. This includes at registration, before processing withdrawals, and when unusual account activity is detected. Cooperation with these checks is a condition of continued account access.

04 Deposits and Payments

tkgm accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳10. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by tkgm, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction limits.

  • Deposits are credited to your tkgm wallet instantly upon confirmation from your payment provider.
  • All funds deposited must come from a payment account that belongs to you. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
  • tkgm does not charge fees on deposits, but your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.
  • Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your tkgm wallet. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.
  • tkgm reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal linked to a deposit.

All deposit methods available on tkgm are processed through secure, encrypted connections. tkgm does not store your mobile banking credentials at any point during the transaction process.

05 Withdrawals

tkgm is committed to processing withdrawals promptly. Most withdrawal requests are completed within one hour of submission. Withdrawals are paid to the same mobile banking account used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise verified by the tkgm payments team.

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳50.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name.
  • tkgm may request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
  • Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full details.
  • tkgm reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours if additional verification is required due to security or compliance reasons.
  • Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
  • In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, tkgm may freeze withdrawal access pending investigation. This is a legal obligation and not a discretionary decision.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

tkgm offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.

  • All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated in the offer details.
  • Bonuses can only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
  • Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once is considered fraud and will result in permanent account closure.
  • tkgm reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
  • Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonus funds will be removed from your account automatically.
  • tkgm reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds if it determines that the bonus was claimed in violation of these terms.

Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through coordinated betting, arbitrage strategies, or other methods designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome will be treated as bonus abuse. tkgm reserves the right to void winnings and close accounts in such cases.

07 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the tkgm platform — including Dragon Fishing 2, Mega Fishing, Cannon Fishing, Demon Hunter, Caishen Wins, Pappu, and all other titles — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness.

  • Game outcomes are determined entirely by the certified RNG system and cannot be influenced by tkgm or any player.

  • In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be voided and any stake placed will be returned to your wallet.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkgm platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and potential legal action:

  • Registering more than one account on the tkgm platform.
  • Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
  • Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
  • Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the tkgm platform or its underlying systems.

  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing tkgm staff or other players through any communication channel.
  • Attempting to claim bonuses or promotions in a manner that violates the stated terms of those offers.
  • Sharing your account credentials with any other person or allowing any other person to use your account.
  • Using the platform if you are a self-excluded player or if your account has been suspended for any reason.

09 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkgm's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

  • tkgm is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to service that are outside of tkgm's reasonable control.
  • tkgm is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
  • tkgm is not liable for the actions of third-party payment providers, including delays or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals.
  • In all cases where tkgm is found to be liable, the maximum liability is limited to the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits tkgm's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Account Suspension and Closure

tkgm reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
  • Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Provision of false or misleading information at any point.
  • Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harmful toward tkgm staff or other players.
  • Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same individual.
  • At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests.

Where an account is closed due to a violation of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a violation — such as at the player's own request — any remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after standard verification checks.

If you believe your account has been suspended in error, please contact tkgm support immediately. We will review the situation and respond within 48 hours.

14 Changes to These Terms

tkgm may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.
